Celebrate the harvest season with us! Bring your garden bounty to the Arvada Community Garden for an afternoon of roasting and pressing. This event is 100% free and open to the community.
What We’re Doing
Chili Roasting: Bring your own fresh chilis and our volunteers will roast them to perfection for you on-site.
Apple Pressing: Bring your own apples and turn them into fresh, delicious cider using the garden’s apple press.
What to Bring
Fresh chilis (any variety you want roasted)
Fresh apples (washed and ready to press)
Quart-sized freezer bags for taking home your roasted chilis
Clean glass jars, jugs, or bottles to take home your fresh apple juice
Come enjoy the sights, smells, and flavors of the season with your neighbors. We can't wait to see you there!
